Q1. Could you please introduce which countries have you been cooperated with?
A1: Our products have been widely sold both at home and abroad, and our main customers come from five continents about 30 countries, such as Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominica, Trinidad and Tobago; Mongolia, Laos, Vietnam, Georgia, Burma, Philippines, Pakistan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan; Nigeria, Senegal, Madagascar, Congo, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Liberia, Guinea-Bissau, etc.
Q2. Can you introduce your company?
A2: We have been engaged in high-frequency microwave equipment and terrestrial digital TV transmitter research, design, production, installation, debugging and maintenance for more than 14 years. EKE has a 3000 square meters factory area and a 15000 square meters CEKE Science park under construction, which are invested RMB90 million and will be put into usage in 2015. Welcome to visit it.
Q3. What are your Core Competence compared with other companies?
A3: (1) Wide Frequency Band Transmitting Solution (bandwidth up to 80-100MHz) ;
(2) M-SFN networking mode, we provide large-scale networking base on engineering construction experience;
(3) Simulation Coverage planning, we can simulate the signal coverage effect with longitude and latitude and tower height through our global geographic information;
(4) Design Platform & Wireless Terrestrial Digital TV System Integration, we provide one-stop service so that customers could buy the whole system and equipments.
Q4: Are there any installing training for customers?
A4: CEKE welcome customers sharing experience in our company, and we provide one week training for customers, including transmitter technology, engineering and maintaining regulations. We also can dispatch engineers overseas to install equipments, but customers should bear the cost of return-trip tickets, visa fees, accommodations, etc.
Q5: Should customers need to purchase backup devices?
A5: We highly recommend customers purchase backup devices, or at least buy backup modules. Because there are uncertain factors could cause damages when running equipments, such as lightning shock, unstable voltage, manual improper operation, etc. Therefore, backup devices protect the broadcasting from the interrupting.
Q6. If we cooperate with you, can we get enough guarantee and interest?

(3) In the modern society, the success of a enterprise is not by accident, but due to their own strong core competency.
Q8: What is your producing period after we place an order?
A8: Normally, we will complete the production from 20 to 30 days after confirming the order, which influenced by the quantity complexity level of equipments.
Q9: Which instruments will be used when testing and inspecting equipments at the customer installation site?
A9: We recommend clients should test and record main technical parameters of signal source before transmitting signal source into transmitters. After transmitters operating smoothly, customers can test the signal whether meet expectation requirements in far range, middle distance and near area, which based on actual coverage requirements. In order to master the signal coverage situations, please select testing places as much as you can and these testing sites should be typical which cannot be obstructed. Required equipments should test signal input and output level, spectrum shoulder, MER and display signal frequency spectrum.
